Simple Animated Signs
1. Open a new canvas that is 200 pixels wide by 50 pixels high, 72 ppi, rgb,
transparent.
   
       
2. Use the text tool to type in simple text for ENTER

Arial
Bold
- Size 46 pixel
- Regular
- smooth
- color = RED hex #FF0000

3. Click Edit=> Stroke. Set the stroke to 3 pixel outside yellow, 100%
normal.
4. Switch to Image Ready.

Open the animation panel. Set frame 1 to 1 second.
6. Insert a new frame by clicking the duplicate current frame icon on the
bottom of the animation panel.
Click back on frame
2. Use the move tool to move with the show bounding box
option UNCHECKED to nudge the text straight up until the text is off the
canvas. (Frame 1 should remain unchanged)
7. Drag frame 2 into the frame 1 position (drag and drop) to reverse the
frame. Click the right hand arrow on the animation panel menu and select
TWEEN. set the tween to 2 frames after current frame.

Set the time delay for the 2 new (middle) frames to 0.1 seconds.

Open the optimize panel. The animation is a GIF file so select gif. The
number of colors should be 3, transparent, yellow and red. Select 4 from the
drop down menu. Set the colors to web colors. Click the right hand
arrow for the optimize palette options. Select SHOW OPTIONS.
Check the box for transparency.
9. Click Save optimized as. Save your image.
