HOLIDAY BOWS

If you dont already have the dragonfly sinedots filter, you will have to download it here to do this tutorial.  The file is zipped.  You will have to unzip to your Photoshop filters folder.

Step 1

Open new canvas, 400 x 400.  Fill with black.

.

Step 2: Bow 1

Create a new layer.  Go to filter, Dragonfly and enter the following settings.

Voila!  Our first bow.  I duplicated this layer (and then merged the two bow layers) to give more depth.

Step 3:  Bow 2

Turn off the eye on the previous bow layer.  Create a new layer.  Go to Filters/Dragonfly/Sinedots and enter the following settings.

Bow 2, should look like this (again I duplicate and merged to give it more definition).

Step 4: Bow 3

Turn off the eye for the previous bow.  Create a new layer.  Filter/Dragonfly/Sinedots and enter the following settings.

Bow 3 will look like this.

Step 5: Bow 4

Turn of the eye for the previous bow.  Create a new layer.  Filter/Dragonfly/Sinedots.

Bow 4 will look like this.

I encourage you to experiment with layering the different bows to come up with your own bow arrangement :O-).  Happy Decorating!  Luv & Light - dreamcatcher.
