A. Making water ripple effect
1. Open a new image by clicking File New. 500 by 500 with resolution 300.
2. Set the forground color pallet to black by hitting your D key and select
the pain bucket fill tool.
Fill the canvas with solid black
3. Click Filter-->texture-->Grain with the settings:

- Intensity 40
- Contrast 50
- Grain type Regular

Click Filter-->Stylize-->Emboss. With these settings:
- angle 135
- height 3
- amount 100

5. Filter --->Blur--->Radial Blur with the settings:

- Amount: 15
- Blur method: Spin
- Quality: Best
6. Filter -->blur-->--Radial Blur with the settings:
- Amount: 15,
- Blur Method: Zoom,
- Quality: best

7. Then press Filter-->artistic-->Plastic Wrap with the settings:
- Strength 15
- Detail 15

8. Click Image Adjust hue/saturation. Set the following
- check colorize
- hue 190
- saturation 59
- lightness 0
