Creating a Dream Catcher  Part B

  1. Making water ripple effect

B. Adding the Wolf

1. Open the wolf picture

2. Select the lasso tool and set feather to 5 pixel

3. Outline the wolf with the lasso

4 Select your move tool and Using the move tool , drag the wolf to your Aqua Ripple Dreamcatcher canvas.

5.Using your move tool , move the wolf so it is centered on the whitest part of the ripple. Set the move tool toolbar so SHOW Bounding Box is checked. Use the corner handles of your wolf image to resize it. Resize the wolf so he is more then 2 times the original size.

6. On the Wolf layer, set the opacity to 20 %

 

7. Create a new Layer by clicking layer=>New=>Layer, call it layer 2

8. Highlight Layer2. Hold down the control, alt and shift keys and hit E. Ctrl + ALT + SHIFT E

9. Turn visible (the eye) off  the following layers

  • background copy
  • layer 1 (wolf)
