E. Stringing the Catching Net
1. Create a new layer. Set the foreground color by clicking the foreground
color and deselecting web safe colors, enter EBEBC6 in the Hex Box of the color
palette.
  2. Select the line shape tool and set to 4 pixels in weight
 3.
Draw the following by checking the coordinates on the rulers.
- Holding down the shift key draw 2 horizontal lines full canvas at 150 pixels and 350 pixels
- Holding down the shift key draw 2 vertical lines at 150 and 350 pixels
- Two lines starting at the 250,0 mark and go to the far corners, 0,500 and
500,500
- Draw two lines originating at 0,250 that go to far corners 500,0 and 50,500
- Draw two lines that originate from 500, 250 to 0,0 and 0, 500
- Draw two lines that originate at 250, 500 to 0,0 and 500, 0

4. Right click on the layer Shape 2 and rasterize
5. Double click layer Shape 2 and check bevel and emboss at default settings.
Click ok. 6. Highlight Shape 1 layer and select the area outside of the
ring using the
wand.
 8. Click back on shape 2 layer.
Hit your back space key. 9. Create a new layer on top of shape2.
 10. Select the line tool again. draw ties at each string junctions using the line tool with same
settings, going beyond the frame.

11. Right click on
the shape 3 layer and select Rasterize.
12. Highlight Shape 1 layer and select the area outside of the ring using the
wand.
13.
Click back on shape 3 select=>invert. then backspace. 14.
highlight shape1 again and click inside the ring with the magic wand.
15. Click back on Shape 3 layer and hit the backspace key. Click
Select=>Deselect. 16. Double
Click shape 3. and set the emboss exactly like the diagram below.
