7. Click in the gray square in front of the reticulation history, being
careful not to click on any of the actual histories. A brush should appear
in the source for history brush column.

leaving the main area still untouched. The image on the right shows a red or
pink tint where you should run your brush over.
8. Select the Source for the history brush as the fresco layer by
clicking in the gray square on the left of the fresco. Set the brush opacity
to 40%. Brush over all the skin including eyes and lips and also clothes
area. Include the flowers. This will add brush strokes to your canvas. Make
sure you get the finger lines too.
Change the mode of your brush to color dodge and set opacity to 10%. Run
over the jaw line, the chin line, the center of the nose line to the tip,
and the bottom half of the hand-wrist to lighten it up.
Set the color mode to color burn and run over the eye lids and cheeks
9. Set the source for the history brush to watercolor. Set the brush
options to normal mode, 25%. Paint over your canvas as if to use a
watercolor wash:)
Additional adjustments can be made with the other histories, color burn
and color dodge for highlighting. Your image should be done. Save your image
for the web. When you save your psd, your histories will be lost so make
sure you have what you want!
