1.
Click File / New
- 400 wide
- 200 high
- 72 pixels per inch
- transparent and
- name it Neon
2. With black as foreground color (press D) click on paint bucket
and click
inside your layer window...Now your background should be black
3. Click on T
tool ...
- Verdana or one to your choice for this project.
I chose CAC Valiant
- 100pt
- Smooth
- Capital letters
- Color white


4. Type The word NEON in the center of the canvas. Right click on the type
layer and select Rasterize.
5. Click Filter / Blur / and try "Motion Blur".

Angle "0"
- Distance " 5 "
- Click ok
6. Click Layer / Merge down
7. Click Image / Adjust / Invert

8. Click Filter / Stylize / Solarize

8. Click Image / Adjust / Auto levels
10. Click Image => Adjust =>
Hue-Saturation
- Checkmark Colorize
- Hue 225....
- Saturation 85.
- (Or a color to your liking by playing with hue & Saturation)
