Color Variations

1. Open your photograph of poor. In this instance we will use one that appears as a poor quality image.

2. Click on LAYER => DUPLICATE

3. Make the background layer invisible.

4.  Click on the lasso tool.

5. Lasso the background area and then using the backspace key on the keyboard to remove. This can take many strokes and is best done in several seteps so you dont remove the image.

5. Once you have isolated the image, save your PSD file by clicking FILE=>SAVE.

6. Click IMAGE => ADJUST => VARIATIONS

7. From the variations you can adjust colors variation over and over combining colors till you get the color variation of your choice. You can clhose to lighten or darken. The original is up top. Your current pick is in a preview next to the original. IF you chose to start again, click original.

8. When you have the variation you want, click ok.

9. Save your image to the format of choice.
